Meet Sunshine, our resident Mad Scientist, chocolatier, and baker. Although she did not attend formal culinary school, she learned the art of baking from her grandmother. As she matured, she sought to deepen her understanding of flavors and their combinations to elevate her creations. Sunshine enjoys experimenting and refining both conventional and non-conventional recipes.
In addition to her culinary pursuits, Sunshine is deeply committed to her family, close friends, and animals. Each month, she actively seeks out new opportunities to contribute to her community. Whether she is donating baked goods to a local women's shelter, assisting with rescued animals, or mentoring at-risk young girls, you can be assured that she has thoughtfully prepared something special to share with others.
